Our body needs water to ensure that the metabolism functioning properly. However, not everybody has a taste for it. That is why, if we want to drink more water but we do not like the taste, there are some tips we may try to make it more enjoyable.
- Add fresh fruit
We can try to crush fresh citrus fruits, such as limes, lemons or oranges into our water.
It will give a better and more refreshing taste.
- Use juice
We can go for juices that are all natural without sugars. Juices that are made from fresh fruits contain antioxidants and vitamins.
- Make it bubbly
Effervescent mineral water can be used as alternative. If we want more, we can add
some fresh fruits in it.
- Add some ices
Ice water tastes better. We can also try some experiments by adding some fruits, cucumber or mint.
- Drink tea
Fruit, white, green, red and herbal teas are considered to be better than black teas and coffee. We can also find so many flavors of those teas in the market. If we want to have a more exotic flavors, we can try to research the vast array of specialty teas from all over the world. It will help our body to get enough water in a better way.
